Comment About Our All Purpose Sauce and Liquid Smoke We were in a Wal-Mart store in San Antonio, TX and stumbled upon the Ft. Worth Stockyards Southwest Chipotle Sauce. My husband and I use it on everything! It is by far, the most versatile sauce we have ever used...it is even good on my salad.Mary and Jim from Texas I was looking for something different then your very day Bar B Que sauce. So I wanted to try a specialty sauce for some baby backribs last Thanksgiving. So I decided to checkout Fort Worth Stockyards Southwest Chipotle and Mild Cherry Pepper sauces and let me tell you that the Sauces were a hit. Recently we discoverd Stockyards Chipotle liquid smoke at Wal-Mart. We bought a bottle and it is the best liquid smoke we have ever used. We put it on shrimp and cooked the shrimp in the oven w/ a butter marinade and it was a huge hit at the house. Wow, this stuff is really a good price too! Going to try the Chipotle Liquid smoke next... Roger from California We put the Spicy Serrano on our grilled pork-loin and sausage and all of our relatives could not believe how good it tasted. One daughter and husband live in Denver, Colorado. The other lives in Fort Worth. When I brought dinner in from the grill, they thought they were getting "the usual". Once they tasted the chicken, steaks and sausage with a coating of Fort Worth Stockyards, they all asked me what I had done "different". They agreed it was some of the best eating the family had enjoyed, ever! Now I'm going to have to build a special cabinet just to hold the entire Fort Worth Stockyards collection! Our favorite is the Sweet Mild Cherry Pepper--it goes with everything from pork chops to burgers. It's outstanding mixed into your burger, too! Mixing the chipotle half and half with cocktail sauce makes a delicious basting sauce for grilled shrimp. Buen provecho! I've used both in jerky recipes where I used other liquid smokes for years and every one can tell the difference. My uncle ran a Locker in the 70's and made sausages and dried meats.
