We have used Colgin Liquid Smoke in the past. Recently we discoverd Stockyards Chipotle liquid smoke at Wal-Mart. We bought a bottle and it is the best liquid smoke we have ever used. It's the only liquid smoke that i've ever been able to taste by itself and it actually tastes good!
