FORT WORTH STOCKYARDS All Purpose Sauce and Smoke Flavors are more than just cooking innovations. They are tradition. For generations, the Littlejohn family has enjoyed a culture of great food.

It began when “Papaw” Littlejohn returned home after World War II. A liberated prisoner of war and an All-American hero, “Papaw” began tinkering and creating sauces, marinades and special recipes for the family. Flavors ranged from mildly timid to downright daring! They packed a savory aroma and mastery of essence unlike anything available in the country.

Over time, son Rusty and grandson Michael acquired “Papaw’s” vision for an all purpose sauce. They became so committed -- it created a family obsession. Every attempt was recorded, tested and tried again. Today, each FORT WORTH STOCKYARDS creation comes from homemade recipes the Littlejohn family use in their own kitchens.
